Privacy Policy

Effective 13 August 2026

1. What we collect

Only what the account features need: your email address, an encrypted password, the places you save, your check-ins, the Fan Notes you write, and your interface language. KOGO does not collect your device location, does not use advertising identifiers, and runs no third-party analytics or tracking.

2. How we use it

Solely to operate the features you use — signing you in, showing your saved list and visit history, and displaying your Fan Notes next to your display name. We do not use your data to profile you or to target advertising.

3. Where it is stored

On managed PostgreSQL hosted by Supabase in the Seoul (ap-northeast-2) region. Access is restricted by row-level security, so each traveller can read and write only their own records.

4. Deleting your data

Settings → Delete account removes your account immediately. Your profile, saved places, check-ins and Fan Notes are deleted with it, and this cannot be undone. Signing out alone does not delete anything.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers. Data is handled only by the infrastructure providers that run the service, and is disclosed otherwise only where the law requires it.

6. Contact
