Open KOGO, go to Settings and tap "Delete account". Your account is removed immediately — there is no waiting period. Every KOGO account is created in the app with an email address and password, and this in-app path is the fastest way to delete it.
Everything tied to the account, permanently: your email address, display name, saved places, check-ins and all Fan Notes you have written. Deletion cannot be undone. Residual copies in encrypted infrastructure backups expire automatically on a short retention cycle.
Email team.4up.official@gmail.com from the address you registered with, using the subject "Delete my account". We verify that the request comes from the account owner, complete the deletion within 30 days — usually much sooner — and send you a confirmation reply when it is done.
